My name is Shane Prevosto

I grew up in a small town right over the Maryland line, in Pennsylvania. I was the oldest of two children, and around every bend, my parents instilled the values of Loving God, Loving People, and Laughing.

I love sports: watching and playing.

I am an avid listener of all music, but my heart goes out for all things Hip-Hop, R&B, and Maroon 5

I love people. I love seeing what people are capable of (which is why I watch sports and love live music). I love having deep conversations with people-- best friends or strangers alike-- and love learning about people in general, which means I'll ask a lot of questions out of genuine interest. I am in the process of starting a blog for homeless people in Baltimore. I have a heart for people, and this enables me the platform of sharing a meal with people and hear their story, and meeting any needs that they have.

I love movies and T.V. shows, and you can here me quoting them fairly frequently (especially Bridesmaids)
Favorite t.v. shows right now are: How I Met Your Mother (I'm not done yet, so don't spoil it); Game of Thrones; GIRLS; New Girl; Jessica Jones
I notice all things dog-drama, Will Smith, and Nicholas Sparks related make me tear up (similar to Kristen Bell with sloths--- but no, I'm actually a pretty cryer)

I try to be vegan, but I just love steaks waaaayyyyyy too much. I love all foods, and am down to try anything (and why wouldn't I if I've eaten, and loved scrapple. Do you know what's in that stuff? ehhhh)

I am an organ donor

I was raised Republican, but am a registered Democrat. I'm not static to a party, though. I think we need to know what is a need of the time, and should learn about the individuals.

I love people and have a desire to see the beautiful earth. After I went to Italy, and all my teenage angst disipated, I realized traveling was awesome; my roadtrip with three amazing friends last summer just reiterated that. I feel like through this, I can accomplish meeting cool people, and seeing cool places.
