Just recently graduated from college. I'm a self diagnosed travel addict and am currently on a trip across the US. I'm an avid backpacker and would love to meet people from all over as I've learned that no matter where you travel to, it's always the people you meet that you cherish the most.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ballin' on a budget, so to speak. That and it's always better to see a place through the eyes of the natives rather than stay at some stuffy hotel.

Interests

I love backpacking, have done a quite a few miles across Spain on the Camino as well as on the AT. I read quite a bit and also slackline as well.

Shakey Graves is on the top of the list for music, The Head and the Heart, Lumineers, Led Zep, and due to my younger years anything emo related. Favorite movies; Into the Wild, Perks of Being a Wallflower, anything with John Cusack from the 80's, Chef. Books; The Sun Also Rises, Into the Wild, Perks, The Alchemist, The Hobbit to name of few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done the el camino de santiago, a 500 mile hike/glorified walk/pilgrimage across northern spain. I've also hiked on the stampede trail in Alaska (as made famous by Into the Wild) in an attempt to reach the bus, but the river bested us.
