Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel around the world as much as I can, and keep learning.
ABOUT ME
I just graduated from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, USA in December 2012. I studied English Creative Writing, English Literature, and Organizational Communications. I like to travel, even though I get carsick. I got a job in sales right after graduation, hated it and became an au pair instead! I am hoping to go forward with a Master's degree in a year or two when I decide what I'd like to study further, I'm thinking either go on to become a university professor, or maybe get into film or publishing.
PHILOSOPHY
Have goals, but leave them loose, knowing that the roads ahead may change at any given moment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I haven't done much yet, since I've spent the last 4 years of my life in school, and I just moved to the Grenoble area at the end of May, but I am really looking to gain some meaningful friendships with others while I'm here, and also get involved with others in the community so I can get out of the house!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't really done any couch surfing experience for real, other than when I was kind of homeless between college and waiting for my French visa; during that time I slept on couches of my friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 17, I took the opportunity to volunteer in South Africa. It was an experience that I will never forget, one that has changed my outlook on life quite a bit. At 23, I moved to France to be an au pair.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always learning. I try to at least know a little bit about a lot of things.
