About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meet new people and allow people to see beautiful Seattle.
ABOUT ME
I'm easy going and generous guy living in Ballard (Seattle) Washington. I love to run, hike and find new great places to eat and drink. I've lived in Seattle since 2006 after taking a new job here up from Portland Oregon and have never regretted the move. I love this place!
I'm and HUGE sports fan. Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders are the local team. I love soccer and play softball, beach volleyball, golf and kickball. I love them all.
I love to travel although work makes it a bit difficult. I find myself having to make smaller trips but ultimately I shall escape the tyranny and get out for some much longer trips to more of this crazy planet and meet as many new people as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Do something that scares you everyday. This does not mean put your life in danger but always be adventurous with new food, new people or go ahead and swim with sharks.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I find myself with a large private 2nd bedroom that was always the Hotel Premo for friends and family whenever they wanted to come visit Seattle. I ran across this site and it seemed like a perfect way to utilize this room.
I love to play tourist guide whenever possible and show off what a cool place Seattle and the surrounding have to offer. This is truly a beautiful city.
Ultimately I would like to make friends all over to find places to crash when I'm able to find the ability to get out and see Germany, Australia, More of Mexico and South America.
Interests
My free time can be made up of playing pool to playing on my friends boat. Somewhere in between good times will always be had. Chive On!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love to read. Stephen King would top this list. I'm all over the place with my music taste. Finding a new band at one of the 10000's of hole in the walls here is always fun.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sky diving was definitely a huge rush!
The Commando hike in Maui (its fully clothed) was fun to rock climb waterfalls and hike though old lava tunnels in the middle of the jungle. Everyone walked away with a cut, a bruise but best yet a great story.
