I think that the most important things in life are the little things like seating with your family or friends or having a good conversation. i don't believe in running after money or prestige because the happiness is not there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I traveled in India I did a 10 day course of introductions to Buddhism. 10 days of complete silence. it was an amazing experience.

I really love the moments when you finish to watch a good movie or to read a good book- when you just seat back and enjoy the implement it had on you.
