CURRENT MISSION

I travelled Europe recently and fell in love with the country and the people. One of the many ways I met people and found sleeping arrangements was with couchsurfing. Everyone I met with CS was wonderful and always welcoming. Decided to give back to the community now that I moved into my new apartment, and crave meeting new people who are travelling and discovering new places.

ABOUT ME

My name is Shani and I live in Montreal. I speak fluent English, French and Spanish; I would be happy to teach you those languages or practice. I study in psychology at Concordia, and work on the side. I live in a small apartment with my cat Dexter. I would be glad to host travellers - share stories and experiences!

Interessi

I love movies and reading. I am discovering a new passion for travelling. I enjoy good food, baking pastries and wines/beers. I am open to meet new people, make new friends from around the world or close to home.

Musica, film e libri

I am very open to any type of music but particularly enjoy indie, trip-hop and blues.
My favorite directors are Quentin Tarantino, Stanley Kubric, Sofia Coppola and Wes Anderson. I also reaaaally love The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
I always have a book in my bag, I particularly enjoy Chuck Palahniuk but have various taste in literature.

I have always loved to receive people at my home; i enjoy cooking for them, as well as showing them around the city if they are new to it. I am considered a very good host by my friends and will always provide a warm & welcoming home!
