Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Life is fleeting—happiness, sadness, everything comes and goes. This awareness shapes how I see the world, and it drives me to embrace change, experience new things, and connect with others before time runs out. Knowing that death is inevitable, I want to make the most of every moment.
That’s why I’m here on Couchsurfing—to meet fascinating people, hear their stories, and share in the adventure of life. I’m new to hosting, but I promise, I’ll be a great host. Let’s make some memories together! :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is my life’s soundtrack—whether it’s losing myself in the pulse of EDM, vibing to the soulfulness of indie tracks, or rocking out to classic rock and pop. If you’re into sharing playlists, we’re going to get along just fine!
I’m a bookworm at heart, with a particular love for non-fiction. You’ll often find me diving deep into history, economics, or geology, uncovering the fascinating stories and truths that shape our world.
As for movies, I’m a certified cinephile. Action-packed thrillers, mind-bending sci-fi, feel-good comedies, heartwarming romances, or stunning animated films—you name it, I’m in! Always up for a movie marathon or discussing the latest blockbuster.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve always been drawn to adventure, whether it’s moving to a new country all by myself to chase the American dream, or solo backpacking through the rugged terrains of Kazakhstan, the vibrant streets of Thailand, and the ancient temples of Cambodia. One time, I even found myself crashing the great Jaipur Literature Festival, rubbing shoulders with authors and artists as if I belonged there all along. But that’s just the start.
One of the craziest things I’ve done was surviving an unexpected overnight camping adventure in a dense jungle. What was supposed to be a serene night under the stars turned into a battle against nature as we realized we’d pitched our tent on a steep, slippery hillside. But nothing quite compares to the adrenaline-pumping thrill of rafting 16 kilometers down the Ganges, where the raft flipped three times, leaving us soaked but exhilarated.
And then there was that one unforgettable day at the beach with 15 of my closest friends. We spotted some local fishermen and, on a whim, negotiated our way onto their fishing boats. Before we knew it, we were a few kilometers out in the sea, life jackets on, hearts racing with anticipation. The plan was simple: jump into the open sea, hold onto the rope tied to the boat, and just float. Sounds easy, right?
Well, let me tell you, floating in the middle of the ocean with the sun blazing above and nothing but endless water below was a surreal experience. I was on my back, letting the waves carry me, feeling both the thrill and tranquility of being one with the ocean. But then, I heard faint shouts from my friends. I opened my eyes and realized I had drifted far, far away from the boat. I tried swimming back, but the currents were relentless, pulling me further into the depths of the ocean. The weather began to shift, and the adrenaline surged through my veins as I fought against the tide. It was a blackout moment, one that I’ll never forget.
How did I make it back? Well, that’s a story I’ll save for when we meet in person.
All 28 years of my life have been packed with excitement and adventure, and I plan to keep it that way.
Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to spike a volleyball, strum a guitar, and find hidden gems around SF. Oh, and I whip up a mean Indian curry too!
