I am 24 years old and love adventure and life. I have been lucky to travel to many places in the world and meet many amazing people. I am currently trying to move to Bellingham and needing a place to stay with my two dogs for the next 23 days since my lease is up. In my spare time I write short stories, play violin, cook, garden, practice yoga, explore nature with my dogs, and enjoy long conversations with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love learning from others and stepping into unfamiliar routines and lifestyles. Right now I am in a time of transition and would love to meet new open minded people while having a place to stay with my two pups for the next 23 days.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love almost all music but right now I love Colleen Green, Susan Van Etten, and St. Vincent (lady power!)

My favorite movies are any that make me reconsider life from another perspective or are aesthetically beautiful. I love many foreign films and am always seeking good independent films.

I read all the time but some of my favorite authors are Barry Hannah, Milan Kundera, and Dostoevsky. I love Russian literature and many Russian authors, modern and classic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived and traveled around Siberia for six months conducting cultural research and studying ecology and Russian language at a university in Irkutsk!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Travel stories, gardening knowledge, crafts, and help with anything they might need around their house or in their community. I would also love to bike or hike around with someone and enjoy company and conversation!
