I've been traveling for 5 years, using my retirement to engage with this world wholeheartedly. I write stories about the Magic in Ordinary Moments (MOM). They happen to everyone, and more often if you notice. I like to think our lifelines are threads woven by Greater Hands than ours. I ask, "What do you think MOM is creating?"

My first granddaughter is to be born Tuesday or Wednesday. Due March 1st, she hasn't budged yet. Induction is planned for Monday. I flew in on the 28th, just in case... I left my car with friends in Cortez CO so I could be here.

I am a part of the change I want to see in this world. Until I retired I did what was required of me. Now, I choose the life of a 'pilgrim' following the guidance of Spirit. I seek joy and sharing/connection. I believe love, sharing, gratitude, and co-creation are the most important lessons we can embody, and need to model.

Couchsurfing feels like I'm breaking free from rules of the Old Paradigm. I like to see it flourish.

The New Paradigm, this new way of thinking, has an aspect of Awareness of Nature and our place in it. It suggests we notice when special things happen; synchronicities, deja vu, patterns of numbers, etc. What happens when we notice the Magic in our Ordinary Moments (MOM)? It happens more often! Sharing our stories, our hearts open and we get closer to the Power within them. I love to tell my stories, and would love to hear yours!

I use an Earth-based tarot deck designed in the Pacific NW, The Gaian Tarot, to have conversations with Spirit. I write, bead and sew. I designed and can share a Spiritual Exercise, QiGong The Beauty Way, that weaves the traditional 18-move QiGong with the ancient philosophy, The Beauty Way, of the Navajo People of the Colorado area of the USA.
