Learning to navigate the world as a low vision individual, starting in college. Life changed. It got hard. But my sense of wonder only grew. And I've learned how to optimize the vision I have. It has never held me back.

Low vision folks don't always obviously appear low vision. Conversation about what each of us sees is great, so don't be afraid to ask how the world looks to us! I love to talk about it so that I don't have to stress over about whether or not I "pass as seeing" ... So don't be shy! :)
