I'm an island girl who drives a motorcycle, loves animals, and enjoys singing and eating fries 🍟 (but not at the same time).

I’m very passionate about veganism and I am slowly learning how to be an effective activist for animals through plant based cooking and street activism (cube of truth!)🌱. I am an open book so please feel free to ask me any questions about that! ❤️

♻️ I also try my best to not be wasteful, as I admire those who live zero waste lives and I try to do the best with what I have to have a small carbon footprint. 👣 We can only go so far with just metal straws!

Family is super important to me, and my best friend is a doggie named Poncho. I wish he would travel with me but he said he would rather stay at home with my Dad and sisters so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had heard about Couchsurfing and first joined when I thought I was going to go to the states by myself but my plans fell through and I never went 😅
Now I am back at school, admiring all of the people who have made time to travel the world. I am happy at home and I am happy to help anyone have a safe place to stay. I haven't been able to host much but I love doing it, meeting new people, and hearing everyone's story. It's also really cool to see my home from a different perspective.

My dad has multiple myeloma, a blood cancer that normally would leave someone up to 5 years to live. He has survived for more than 10 years, so my sister and I wanted to show our support for those who are still fighting, as we are so grateful to still have our dad here❤️.

I recently donated 19 inches of my hair to The Little Princess Fund with my sister, and we raised over $1,700 through online and a BBQ in our backyard for the Canadian Breast Cancer Support Fund.

Cancer has influenced my family and the people I know more than I’d like to admit, so this was something that meant a lot to us. I can also say it has been an incredible experience going from long hair to none at all 😝
