ABOUT ME

I am an Associate Medical Writer who recently relocated to Connecticut from Montreal, Quebec after finishing my PhD. I am always looking for new things to try and experience. I still consider myself "new" to Connecticut after almost 2 years here (!!), and I would love to share what I know about this area. I like a lot of things, as most people do, including traveling, baking, dancing, singing (so much that I think my neighbors are annoyed..), drinking tea, sitting in cafes, socializing, hiking, gym-ing and running, reading, learning about absolutely any subject and meeting new people! I am very easy going and friendly, and I love talking to strangers. Everyone is so interesting and has a wonderful story to tell!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a few times when I lived by myself in Montreal and met some travelers. I hope to be a surfer myself one day!

My go-to music is usually mellow acoustic songs, but it can vary greatly depending on the week. Generally, I like movies that make me think, but sometimes I just want a feel-good, heartwarming, and possibly silly movie. I don't read as often as I'd like, but my favorites are historical fiction and sci-fi.
