ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Shannon Caspar and I go to the University of Miami located in Miami, Florida. I have lived in the United States my entire life with my loving family. I am blessed for a loving mother and father, along with my brother, sister, and cat named Huey!

This is the first time I've had the opportunity to leave the United States and where else would I rather go than EUROPE? I'm currently studying abroad for two months in Barcelona, Spain. I have taken Spanish, International Business, and now currently enrolled in Intermediate Spanish.

Thus far I have traveled to Barcelona, Valencia, and Sitges Spain. I've also been to Dublin, Ireland, Dubrovnik, Croatia; Prague, Czech Republic; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Pamplona, Spain and currently looking into Munich, Germany; and finally ending my trip in London and Edinburgh, UK!!! WAHOOO.

Im excited what this trip has to offer to me and I'm extremely grateful and blessed for the opportunity offered to me by my loving family!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I'm new to this site, I haven't done much to partcipate. However, since I'm studying abroad now I can't really open out my apartment to people. I can't wait to do this in Miami to help others explore the city I love.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm brand new to Couchsurfing, so I can't say I've had an experience quite yet! Hopefully I'll have more to write in this section!!

Interests

I have also lived in Florida my entire life. Therefore, I am sure you can guess I love the sun and beach. I love going to the beach, boating with friends at the sandbar, BBQs, jetskiing, wakeboarding, and playing other sports such as basketball and soccer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a wide array of music I like listening to such as country, house, dubstep, and most hip-hop.

Funny movies are my favorite, like Bridesmaids and The Hangover!!
