About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Strive to be the person you admire

ABOUT ME

A giver, a hostess, a listener & an observer.

VEGAN because I don't believe in confining animals so they cant turn around, murdering them for food, experimenting on them, using them for ridiculous entertainment or killing them for gaudy clothing.

I'm happily married the most amazing guy in the world (who I met through CS!), we have 2 kitties and 2 pups who we adore and we just recently opened a vegan cinnamon roll shop in Berkeley, CA last year.

PHILOSOPHY

"The world is a dangerous place not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing" ~ Albert Einstein.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies... weekend nights on the couch, under a blanket with the pups and the hubs. Music... all kinds. At work, at home, in the car, at the gym, always. Books... nightly. Anything inspiring, educational or dark and twisted.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I built a house for a family in need down in Mexico once. I was a regular volunteer at a variety of food kitchens that helped to feed the homeless. I was a YWCA mentor to a girl who was transitioning out of the foster system and I sponsored a child in Ethopia for 3 years.

Teach, Learn, Share

Activists, advocates and generally awesome do-gooders.
