Overview
About Me
I'm a marketing & media professional who loves to travel, write, photograph and eat!
I'm the type of person who stops confused-looking tourists and points them in the right direction. I love my city and I want you to enjoy it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking to connect with locals for my next big trip- Iceland.
Interests
I love to cook, walk/play with my dog, dress-up, drink wine, and listen to interesting stories.
My boyfriend and I are out to "live a life of adventure." When we aren't planning our next trip we look for adventures in our own backyard! Unusual experiences enliven the soul.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking the Sete Cidades of the Azorian islands is a highlight of my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
While I'm eager to embrace the couchsurfing mantra, it would be hard for me to offer my space as I have a dog with a medical condition which makes people in and out of my home very difficult. :(
As such, if you would like to contact me regarding questions on Boston-- particularly the North End (my neighbourhood) I am happy to suggest walking/biking trails, historic sites, great places to eat, and scenic vistas for photography.
I also grew up in nearby Cape Cod, so if you are looking to take a trip down there, again, I can offer suggestions and maybe find you some company for time out and about. :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Great conversation. I am Irish descent, after all.
I hope that we can have a fantastic cultural exchange. Travel is a value that both me, and my older brother share. We are always off somewhere new-- collecting stories and photos. You could say that it is value instilled from us a young age being raised by parents who lived all over the world (one, from an Army family; the other from a Navy family). It is because of this we grew up with a very broad view of the world and no fear when it comes to new experiences, customs, and people. (This might also explain why we are both obsessed with maps!)
Beyond this, if you would like to go out to dinner some night, I would love to take you out to show my appreciation for your hospitality.
