I am from Southern California. I left when I was 17 and headed to Northern California to Humboldt State University where I studied Psychology and Women's Studies. I moved to Seattle when I graduated in 2001 and stayed there until 2013. I moved to the Cayman Islands in 2013 and that's currently where I live. I own my own coaching business and love to travel and work with women. I love food, cats, cupcakes and working out. I'm training to be a yoga instructor and am also pursuing my ACC certification for Life Coaching. I used to do stand up comedy, so I'm funny. More of a smart ass, really. I'm super easy going, don't mind roughing it but also love spa days at The Ritz.

I've been sober for 2.5 years and finally a responsible adult that has her head on straight.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Venice for a travel writers retreat with 12 other women and then flew solo to Rome and Prague to hang out for a week after the retreat.

I love working with women to help them do what I've done. My soul purpose is to help women dig deep and discover what their soul purpose is. I facilitate breakthroughs. I help women dream bigger and inspire them to go for their goals. I share my stories, my life and my struggles in hope that people will be inspired to keep going.
