ABOUT ME

Born in Denver,traveled a bit in Europe, lived a year and a half in Buenos Aires, back in Denver living with my boyfriend, working in a community health center. I try to speak Spanish when I can (somehow they always understand me no matter how much I manage to mess it up).
I love being around people, learning, learning, experiencing and staying active. I'm curious about pretty much anything I can get my mind on.

I've met some amazing people here! I've hosted a few times in Denver, and have surfed throughout Europe.

Interests

History, social issues, talking to foreigners from aboad, talking to foreigners from here, (trying to) be healthy, studying biology, indie rock, wine, dining, snowboarding a bit, Mexico, Latin America, Argentina!, trying to be revolutionary, walking, city biking, Spanish!, sunshine (plenty in Denver!), fighting the good fight, beer, and um, travel.

Music- Well, I used to be more punk rock but now lately I typically stick to indie rock, ranging from Animal Collective, to Elliott Smith, to Arcade Fire, to Sigur Ros.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a real nice time on Match.com Argentina.

Lucha Libre in Mexico is pretty amazing.

One time a tornado trapped Sigur Ros and me in an opera house basement.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy learning about a range of social issues, urban dynamics, history... basic expressions of the human experience!
I also really appreciate learning from those who come from a different national/ cultural background than myself.
