About Me
Hey there! I'm Mohammad Manik (Shanu Manik), and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Couchsurfing community. I'm a filmmaker with a passion for adventure and meeting new people from around the world.
I've always believed that travel is one of the best ways to broaden your horizons, and Couchsurfing has given me the opportunity to do just that. I've been fortunate enough to explore various corners of the globe and have had the privilege of meeting incredible individuals who've shared their homes and stories with me.
I'm an open-minded, easygoing, and friendly person. I love learning about different cultures, trying new foods, and experiencing the local way of life wherever I go. I'm a firm believer in the idea that we can find common ground with anyone, no matter where we're from or what language we speak.
When I'm not traveling, you can usually find me, which I'm extremely passionate about. I enjoy create content for YouTube as well and am always up for trying something new.
As a Couchsurfing host, I'm excited to offer you a comfortable place to stay, share stories, and maybe even show you around my city if time allows. I appreciate guests who are respectful, open to cultural exchange, and have a positive outlook on life.
So, whether you're a fellow traveler looking for a place to crash, a local wanting to meet new people, or just someone curious about the world, don't hesitate to send me a message. I can't wait to hear about your adventures and maybe even be a part of them.
Looking forward to sharing experiences and making new friends through Couchsurfing!

Description of Sleeping Arrangement
I live with my mother in a small flat in Kallyanpur, Dhaka area which is the newer part of the city. There is a double bed in the bedroom for myself; and the surfer gets the share bed with me in the living room. If the surfer is female, I'll move to my mother's room. Maximum of 2 persons can be hosted if one is willing to share my bed. You have to share the bathroom at the situation.
It might not be ideal for people looking for complete privacy. But yes, if you are one of those backpacker types, who hardly cares about luxury and willing to share the room or surf the floor; then come over.
There is some free space on the floor of the living room. In case you're carrying mattress/sleeping bag, you are more than welcome to make use of that space.
I have a great love for Hitchhikers and I would LOVE to host you, if you belong to me.
Share of my WiFi, you can use my PC for editing your footages if you have. Food, tips to view the must see places & show them some hidden attractions of Dhaka in my off day.
