Overview
About Me
I am a Canadian, born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia! I am a fun and easy-going person and I am currently backpacking through Europe for the next three months as I just completed my Bachelor's degree majoring in Chemistry. Travelling is one of my favourite pasttimes because it offers so many new and different experiences every day. I especially love being outdoors and I hope to be able to witness the incredible scenery Europe has to offer.
I am a very polite and respectful person and I am always more than happy to help out where I can. I am a bit shy at first but once I start talking, it's pretty much my mission to make everyone around me laugh and feel comfortable.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think Couchsurfing is such a great way to make new friends all over the world and to get a more local experience when travelling instead of always just following the mainstream tourist activities. And of course as a recent university graduate, it turns out that I am not as wealthy as I would like to be just yet, so any roof over my head is much appreciated.
Interests
I really enjoy playing all kinds of sports, hiking, camping, and generally being outdoors. I am fascinated by different cultures and am always eager to walk in the shoes of the locals wherever I am travelling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Immediately before coming to Europe, I went on a month long road trip around British Columbia and Alberta in Canada visiting dozens of national parks and going on a different hike every single day! So for a full month, my friend and I lived out of a Honda Civic and we made it our goal to camp for free the entire time which made for some very interesting stories!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a competitive tennis player with coaching experience so of course, I am happy to give free tennis lessons for all! I am very keen on learning new languages during my travels, and some new recipes for me to cook at home to show off!
What I Can Share with Hosts
An abundance of great stories ranging from university experience, my previous travels and volunteer experience.
I am very open-minded, easy to talk to, and willing to try just about anything simply for the life experience!
