Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I chose to be on couch surfing because, I don't want to travel the world as a tourist. I want to be a Global Citizen. While travelling, I want a more personal experience with a place and people. I want my travels to be immersive where I can closely experiences different cultures around the world. being hosted by a local is a great medium to do that. It also helps me build my network and be part of a larger global community. When I travel, I want that place to become a part of me and let different cultures leave a mark on me. I also hope couch surfing helps me meet interesting people across the globe and give me a chance to be surprised at what I could possibly experience while travelling like this.
