Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Giving and taking, that`s what this is about.
Unfortunately, I can't hast guests at the moment but I'm more than happy to show you around if you happen to get stranded here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In the beginning it took a while until I got responses (please people, why are you on this if you don't even reply couch requests???)
From then on, I've had the best time surfing couches of the most different and interesting people.

CS took my travel experiences to the next level!

Interests

I love nature, being outside, enjoy hiking, biking, the sun. Along with that comes a developing passion for photography; comes in handy to stun friends at home :)

I'm also into sports - no matter what, but Aussie Rules Football is my favorite so far.

Last but not least do I enjoy meeting people from all over the world, getting to know them, hearing their stories. If there's no one near, I also enjoy to see and experience things on my own.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any kind of music for different moods, movies and books should make at least some sense :)

Coming from a solid background, I grew up listening to good stuff like Queen, Genesis and the likes.

Also, I am still into good old school Hip Hop (before big-screen TVs, rims and money became most important) and later artists like Mos Def, Nas, Talib Kweli.

I also developed quite an interest in Jazz and more 'sophisticated' styles of music, as one would say :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So much I have seen but not appreciated when I was younger, will have to do that all over again :)
Australia in general was an amazing experience, that made me hungry for more.

After a few months (not enough time) in southeast Asia I got to know the Kiwis and some quick insight into central Asia.

The world is your classroom - I use that chance to learn about everything on my way and also try to teach others.
Keep your eyes open and learn to value life in it's purest form. End of lesson, that's 25$ please ;-)
