I often spend my leisure time watching singing programs. Besides enjoying those singers’ attractive voices, I can find plenty of great songs and add them to my playlist. ; )

"Life is like a book. Parents give us the front cover; we create our own stories. Perhaps we can't control its length but can decide if it's a good story." I read these words within an article, can't agree more! What I always do is to be myself. Now the next chapter of my story will start from the first travel!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Even though I've been to a few countries, those are for business. This is the first time I'll go abroad for traveling. It means a lot for me. I look forward to experiencing the local lives and making friends during this travel. So Couchsurfing is definitely the best choice. : )

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: POP, electronic, hip-hop, and soft.
POP music is what I usually listen to. For English, I strongly recommend Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and Maroon 5's songs. For Chinese, G.E.M. (a female singer from Hong Kong) is my favorite singer.

Movies: Fantasy, adventure, romantic comedy, inspiring, and mystery.
I was very impressed by "English Vinglish," an Indian comedy and inspiring film.

Books:Fantasy, inspiring, science fiction, detective fiction, and English magazines.
Movies create visual effect; books create our imagination. Sometimes I love books more because they contain the details that movies skip. Harry Potter series is my favorite. Even if it's been many years, I still re-open the novels when missing the magic world.
