Hey I'm a newly qualified yoga teacher so excited to share this amazing yoga with everyone! :)
I love exploring and travelling & meeting new people and discovering new things places & experiences

Trying not to judge, and be compassionate. Living life to the full
Teaching my amazing yoga course :)
My philosophy is that life shouldn't be all about work & money, as there not the things youl l remember on your deathbed, make it full of good experiences & memories and great food! :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

After having a great time travelling around France couchsurfing all the way id defintely reccommend it an amazing experience :)
I have been to meet ups for cs in new york too :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great time travelling around france & couchsurfing meeting lots of great people. Its a great experience and a great community to be in especially when you don't know many people in the area.

Music I LOVE music!! All good music :-) The National, Maps, The XX, Francois & The Atlas Mountains, Clare & the reasons, Sigur Ros, James Blake, Ben Howard, Friendly Fires, Arcade Fire, Micah P Hinson, Devandra Banhart, Doves Bombay Bycicle Club, Belle & Sebastian, Also Snatam Kaur Craig Pruess Krishna Das Garth Stevenson, not to mention Bob Dylan Leonard Cohen lou Reed, Nina Simone & lots of classics.
Books- Autobiography if a yogi The Alchemist, & Veronika decides to die, Tuesdays with Morrie, I love deep profound books that make you think, 50 shades of grey! Gotta have something trashy sometimes ;) The Monk who sold his Ferrari, and personal development books am currently trying to get through think & grow rich along with many others

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled alot of the world & seen lots just come back from Hawaii which was amazing lots of beautiful waterfalls & beaches, i also loved Ko phangnan in Thailand such a beautiful little paradise island where i also did a yoga course, also lived in New York city for 3 months :)which was amazing but still alot more to see :-)
I also spend alot of time in Ireland at my mums place inbantry west Cork which is beautiful! :)
would like to go to to Canada maybe next :)
