ABOUT ME

I have been travelling around on my own since 2005. There is still so much I want to see. I'm always craving to experience new things. I make things happen. If i want something, i go out and get it. I love life. I love experiencing it, all the good and bad in it. Whatever it is, it gives us character and makes us who we are. When i travel, i love to meet people from all walks of life. I like figuring out what makes people tick. What they think, why they think it and all. I'm easy to please and difficult to disappoint. Save for RESPECT, i don't ask anything else from anyone I meet.

PHILOSOPHY

You only live once. So live your dreams, as difficult as they may be to follow, coz that's the only reason why u're here. I live the life of my dreams... most days. ;) How about you?

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed on some couches and travelled with fellow couchsurfers. It has been a life changing experience. The difference! Unfortunately I do not have a couch at the moment but I have hosted my first surfer in Singapore! I'm always open to meeting up for drinks, dinner and sight seeing.

兴趣

Hiking, reading, travelling, learning about different cultures, my iPod, movies, dancing... i try everything at least once. I try to anyway... You only have one life. There is just no room to say no... well, most of the time anyway.

I love to read! Enough said. Music is my escape from work. When i travel I leave my iPod behind. Yeah, coz there's nothing to escape from when I'm travelling.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have done a lot of things that fall into this category. When I was 25, a lot of stuff happened that made me look at life differently. I came up with a list of sorts... it was a wish list at first, but now it's become a to do list. A list of all the things i wanna do before i die or get too old. And every year i do a few of them. And everytime it's an amazing, unforgetable experience.

I am learning German at the moment. It's fun and challenging. I enjoy meeting people who speak German very fluently coz i get to practice, be laughed at and learn from my mistakes ;). I get very passionate about injustices in the world. Especially towards women and children. When i travel and speak to people i realise that there are so many people who don't know how terrible things can be.
