I'm an ardent traveller and an audacious person who likes to take risks in life. I am always on the lookout for my next travelling opportunity. I love cooking and feeding people. My time in solitude is usually spent in the company of books and movies. As a person I identify myself as an introvert and I believe in freedom for all, take the climate crisis seriously, and try to be helpful to others whenever possible.

The nature beguiles me and the world fascinates me and I wish to explore more and more of it. The more I do so, the more satisfied I am. Peace, happiness, love and science are my chief pursuits in life.

I find Couchsurfing interesting as it offers one a chance not only to know the local culture and people more closely but also to help the travelling fraternity.

Through Couchsurfing I wish to meet new people and know what knowledge, thoughts and insights they have to share, and in the process perhaps build friendships.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite genre is classic rock. I also love western classical music.

I read mostly classics, and these days I'm reading many German works to improve my language skills as well as for my PhD.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Travelled to Ladakh from Mumbai 6 times on a motorcycle which is a 5000+ kilometer journey

- Went solo on a bicycle from Mumbai to Goa

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am more than a decent cook with skills to prepare delicacies from various parts of the world. Moreover, I like to feed people. Apart from cooking, I can help the host with almost anything.

I am a German language teacher by profession and can teach you the basics as well as the advanced stuff.

Recently I also took up some Hindi language teaching projects and have created decent material to teach the basics of the language.
