About Me
I find it incredibly difficult, as most people do, to fill out profiles with information about myself, what I'm doing etc.
I'm a pretty easy going open minded guy who happens to have been born in the desert, in the middle of Australia.
Most people think it's pretty weird that I don't really identify as Australian, but I've been around the world enough and met enough like-minded people along the road to know that at the end of the day, we're all just Earthlings, or whatever
I'm keen to meet locals and internationals alike in the areas I'm passing through that know about the place - people that are interesting, are excited to share with others what they love about where they are, people that like to live their lives, in whatever way that is, opposed to getting stuck in the same old routines.. Life is about sharing, or something like that, right? Whether that's a story, a beer, a meal, music, a joint in the park, whatever really hah!
'Are you boys going somewhere, or just going?' - Jack Kerouac.
Interests
Exploring, music, good company, good food, good drinks. I want to experience life, not just a day job.
I like to meet new people and experience life as they do.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies - Anything sci-fi, most things adventure or fantasy, comedy (except some 2000's stuff), and a general mix of everything else such as... The lord of the rings, Cloud Atlas, Mr Nobody, Into the Wild, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, The Shape of Water, most things Tarantino, and a whoooole range of other stuff
Music - From techno to rock, metal to reggae, indie to funk, and everything else inbetween. Everything but country, rap, most hip hop. My tastes change by day, but sometimes stick for several years.
Books - Kafka on the Shore (or anything by Murakami), On the Road, The Count of Monte Cristo, Tintin, Asterix Obelix, Penguin Classics, Che & Fidel: A Revolutionary Friendship, Don Quixote, Terry Pratchett novels and so much more
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I left Australia more than two years ago now, and have managed to keep myself afloat, while doing things like:
-Participating in an attempt to circumnavigate the world in shitty beat up cars.
-Studied English teaching and gained a skill that I can use to live and travel.
-Lived in Moscow for seven months over winter.
-Hitchhiked from the north east of Mexico down the west coast (and still going!)
I have plenty of stories to share - in fact, it should be noted that sometimes once I start talking it's difficult to shut me up.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a bush kid from central Australia who loves adventure. I love cities, but being in nature is something that will always have my heart. I'm relatively cultured (for an Aussie at least) , and I'm always up for something fun. I speak basic conversational Spanish, and I've picked up enough Russian to survive in Moscow.
I can cook pretty well, or so I'm told, so I'm happy to share some recipes or teach you some things!
What I Can Share with Hosts
