ABOUT ME

Currently a student at the University of Houston pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Minor in Sustainability. I moved back to Houston in January 2012 after serving a few years of military service in the Army. I currently live in a sustainability focused co-operative living establishment in the Museum District/Third Ward of Houston which currently houses 15 people (men and women of varying ages 21+) in separate rooms. Our organization (HAUS - www.hausproject.org) currently operates two living co-ops within the city. I personally follow a vegetarian diet, but will not turn down a meal prepared out of generosity.

My living arrangement lends itself well to the couchsurfing experience since it fosters a sense of community and family. We are always happy to share our space, food, and stories with others.

I am passionate about authentic experiences. I love consuming or being a spectator of art as long as it is an honest and vulnerable expression.
