About Me

I'm a friendly guy from Wales, love to travel and meet new interesting people. I've just graduated in Prehistoric Archaeology from the University of Sheffield and I'm now studying a TEFL course online. I've used Worldpackers to volunteer at a hostel in the Algarve.

I don't drink / smoke, but I do have quite a notable coffee addiction 😇

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people whilst travelling and visit new places whilst enjoying an authentic style of living.

Interests

I'm interested in anything people can teach me about, I love to read about all topics. I enjoy keeping up to date with politics. I occasionally run half marathons and other long-distance running events. I love to learn languages and experience new cultures. I run a pro-EU campaign group in the Valleys of South Wales, pushing for a People's Vote on the Brexit deal.

Will be travelling China and South Korea to meet friends from Sheffield University whom I haven't seen for years. Would love to meet more people and get to know the ins and outs of the Chinese and South Korean cultures.

And my dissertation on human evolution (nearly killed me, was awake for about three weeks straight 😜).
Was invited to Parliament - as Cofounder of Valleys For Europe - for a meeting about the launch of the People's Vote campaign, for a vote on the Brexit deal.
Climbed the 'wild' unmaintained part of the Great Wall of China.
