My name is Shai.
i'm traveling a lot, mostly in Israel but also out in other countries. i've been an hiking instructor at a youth group, a bit similar to scouts.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I've experience 2 "rescues" with CS hosts, during my AT hiking. one that helped me to get to the trail head (which took about 2 hours drive and to be flexible as the snows delayed me... )
and the second who helped me to get to the train so i could help a friend to move an apt.

Also I've been enjoying to host, both in Jerusalem and in the farm i worked at, many guests that hiked the Israeli national trail (and therefore, they contact me thru the trail angels list and not from CS)

Thru hiked the Appalachian trail.
