I'm a self-employed and grateful father and entrepreneur who loves to travel, read, write, garden, and help the people improve their lives. I'm generally self sufficient, and I try and leave each place or person a bit better than when I found them.

I live and work on a small piece of land that once functioned as a horse ranch. The ranch is slowing being developed into an edible landscape, one plant installation at a time, since 2012.

Growing food, reading, writing, and teaching is what I do between work projects, and my primary focus, parenting. It's a good life.

Because my work is portable, I spend several hours each day working while I travel so I tend to visit places that allow me to stay in touch via WIFI and cell phone.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm handy and often fix things when traveling. On a recent week-long stay in Maui I build an LED bathroom light fixture to replace what was there, added caster wheels to some drying racks, and replaced the screen on a screen door.

I also have a long track record of successful life coaching and helping people find happiness, purpose, focus, and what often follows... increased income. It used to simply be called 'teaching people what we know.' I'm good at designing systems, whether for gardening, losing weight, being happy, or having a beautiful garden.
