Overview
About Me
I'm a college student who is taking a break to travel. I am looking to be a mechanical engineer when I get out of school but for now I'm just trying to enjoy life and learn about anything and everything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm couchsurfing because I want to meet people from the city/countries that I'm visiting and meet new friends around the world, I usually have stayed in hostels in the past but I'd like to break into this scene since it seems like a fun community to be a part of.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like a little of every genre but alternative rock would be my favorite including bands like Cake or The Shins.
Movies: Shaun of The Dead, Life is Beautiful, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and many more. I tend to enjoy comedy, romance, and action movies more than the thriller/horror genre
Books: I've mostly read fantasy fiction such as The Kingkiller Chronicles but I love philosophy like Tuesdays With Morrie and am currently reading Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance which is fabulous so far.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been glass bottom kayaking through a bio luminescent bay in Puerto Rico, very beautiful.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hmm as far as teaching capabilities I have tutored mathematics for quite awhile but I doubt any hosts are looking for calculus lessons haha, I am also stocked full with fun facts often about animals, history, or culture and always looking for new tidbits.
I love to hear stories, historical stories, your stories, I'm fascinated with the way different people spin a narrative.
I'd love to share a story with you by either telling it or inventing it through our adventures together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
enjoyable meaningful conversation on existential questions.
