Overview
About Me
A couple things potential guests should keep in mind:
FIRST THING: I usually only accept guests who request one or two nights at my place. Longer requests will probably not work, as I travel weekly for work trips.
SECOND THING: I always give preference to surfers with experience hosting in their own homes. Gotta give if you wanna get, feel me?
ABOUT ME: I love hanging out and having interesting conversations with funny freaks. Big partier in terms of dancing and staying out late, NOT a big partier in terms of drinking/drugs.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people; usually a minute or two of bad jokes is enough for me to feel like anyone is my friend. I'm hoping to host some travelers here in New York City and create some buddies/pals/amigos/etc on a global scale.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hard to put it all down so I'll just name some of my all-time faves and hopefully music-, movie-, or book-minded folks will understand where I'm coming from:
The Outsiders, Watership Down, Royal Tenenbaums, The Undertones, The Ramones, The Supremes, The Spits, Sparks, The Breeders, The Amps, Michael Chabon, Ray Bradbury, To Kill a Mockingbird, Huckleberry Finn, Harry Potter, Neuromancer, The Clash, The Soft Boys, Thin Lizzy, Bill Evans, Charlie Parker, Thelonius Monk, Hampton Hawes, His Dark Materials, Studio Ghibli (everything), Pixar (everything), The Fast and the Furious (everything (seriously)), Django Reinhardt, et al.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At the time of writing this, I had recently cracked open a double-yoke egg. A quick google search tells me that the chances of that happening are around 1/1000. That should give you an approximate idea of how amazing I am.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you're visiting NYC, I can teach you all sorts of valuable and versatile phrases to offend aggressors and/or apologize to victims, show you the lesser-known halal trucks of the city, help you avoid common social missteps, etc.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Jokes! Laughs! Secret Handshakes! I excel at making up entertaining and elaborate fairy tales/ghost stories/meandering picaresques on the spot. Seriously, give me a keyword or a phrase or any kind of prompt and I'll go wild with it. Poems, too.
