Hey ! This is Shawn, a 100% Chinese boy who grew up in China but lives in Milan, Italy now.
I'm studying Product Design at Polytechnic University of Milan.
I've lived in Milan for over 2 years. As the total difference of culture between China and Western countries, I'm always expecting to meet more different people to share our stories.
Since I'm now living in Europe, I extremely hope that I can travel around more different countries and make more friends as possible as I can.
I don't consider myself to be a typical conservative Chinese guy, frankly speaking, I love talking with strangers, making friends and sharing Chinese cultures with them. All my friends say that I'm a sociable and pretty nice guy.
Plus,I'm hugely interested in Music, I insanely love singing.
I have adventure in my blood. I' m really excited to take extreme sports.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've gotta say that I travel alone more often than travel with friends. But It doesn't mean that I don't like being around with my friends. I just quite enjoy solo travel. Because I really think that solo travel enables me to focus on things I wanna see and to meet new people.
I occasionally knew CouchSurfing from a friend of mine. He strongly recommended this platform to me.
As I started using CS, I found out that it's just so good! It gives me the chance to be close to the locals and know the city where I travel to much deeper and better. More importantly, it helps to save our travel expenses.
That attracts me a lot !
