ABOUT ME

I love what I do and I keep myself busy finding new adventures. Aside from teaching, I own a small business creating art - it's gotten bigger than I had intended but it's fun. I love to cook and wish I did it more! I'm active and somewhere between rollerderby, kickboxing, biking and running I find a lot of time to hang out with the manfriend (boyfriend) and my girlfriends. I adore meeting new people and finding out their stories about their lives. I don't smoke and clean up after myself!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had one yet but I'm excited! My friend Jess (see pics) and I will be hiking Hadrian's wall in August 2008. We are looking to find a sweet couch/floor to borrow for a night near the trail. We are clean people. We can totally stay out of your way but if you would be interested in showing us around your town - we would be more than happy for a tour!!!! We're planning on hiking 20 miles a day and we tend to be morning people (we're teachers) so we'd leave pretty early (before 9 am). Let us know if you want to be our first couch surfing experience!
