I'm a journalist and photographer, so my passion is all about meeting people, collecting stories and moments with the goal of bring people closer together.

I travel at every opportunity I could to as many places I can — I speak six languages, and hope to see, hear, and taste even more of the world.

My job brings me into contact with all sorts of people, usually diving into deep conversations almost immediately. Even outside of work, I'm equally comfortable sitting on stairs drinking cheap beers as drinking champagne on a yacht. I try to see the humanity in everyone and share positivity.

I'm on Couchsurfing to study as much of the world and it's cultures as I can, and try to collect evidence that humans are essentially good, that moving, migrating, and traveling is what we've always done for millenia, and that the lessons we share with each other will save us.

Traveling is great — feeding the capitalist machine that erases all the authenticity in a place to cater to tourists — not so much.

I'd much rather meet real people and learn about a place from the locals.
