I just moved to San Jose for work as a software engineer. I had been at grad school at Illinois before coming here. Prior to this, I lived in Pakistan. I enjoy traveling, reading, trying out different ethnic food. I have been trying to learn a new language. I love cooking and appreciate it when people share cool recipes with me. A big fan of trivia (particularly historical).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of being a part of a group of exciting adventurous people. Couch surfing is a way to meet new people, to explore different cities like a local and to host interesting and awesome folks.

I read mostly sci-fi and fantasy. Sometimes crime and thrillers.
