Overview
About Me
I'm travelling for the winter and won't be able to host people until May or June.
I work for Grand Teton National Park as a vegetation biologist in the summers. This gives me plenty of time to travel in the fall and spring. I love hiking and being outdoors, but I also want to see cities and cultural monuments when I travel. I have traveled a lot around the U.S. and have worked in a few different parks. I'm relatively new to international travel, and I'm really excited to see new place and learn about new cultures.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't like just passing through places as an unconnected tourist. I'd rather live one place for a few months than visit a bunch of destinations for a few days. But when I don't have the luxury of time in a certain place, I think a great way to make more of a connection is to stay with someone who lives in the area.
