ABOUT ME

Currently I'm freelance writing and working on personal creative projects, one of which includes a North American Road trip westward via US Route 20. I'll be heading/making detours to Chicago, Detroit, Madison, and on to Portland, then down to Santa Cruz. Looking for good spots to check out along the way, and fine folks to say hello to!

I hail from Oahu, Hawaii, and have spent half my life there, and most of the other half in the Hudson Valley of NY and NYC. I've also lived in Virginia's Blue Ridge, where I worked on a farm/honeybee sanctuary.

PHILOSOPHY

"There is one purpose to life and one only: to bear witness to and understand as much as possible of the complexity of the world - its beauty, its mysteries, its riddles. The more you understand, the more you look, the greater is your enjoyment of life and your sense of peace. That's all there is to it.
