Back in NYC and working so I can take off for another backpacking trip!

My name is Shazad, I am a Pakistani-American living in Queens, New York City. I love to travel and meet new people, explore new cultures. I have backpacked in Europe several times, absolutly love it! In Southeast Asia twice, twice in Central America, ex in South America, and big part of North America. Overall I've been in 80 countries (and not just the airports:) And in the near future I plan on going to all of the remaining parts/counties of the world!

I'm couchsurfing because it's a great way to meet locals and truly get to know the culture of a particular place. I love food and sometimes you can only find truly authentic dishes if you know someone who is a local.
