ABOUT ME

I'm like anyone else I guess, I like getting out of the cities and hiking in the mountains or going to the beach. I like the sun and getting sunburnt. I like walking on uneven surfaces.

I'm in my gap year from uni at the moment and I'm having the trip of a lifetime, visiting places I didn't plan to and randomly following the advice of other travelers on where to go.

I like drawing because I think it helps me to remember all the fantastic places I'm been and I like people because they're the ones who make the places so worth remembering.

Music, Movies, and Books

Definitely a book person, will read anything and everything. Mainly into sci-fi but because of budgeting whist travelling I have been buying cheap clasics. There was also that one time in Morocco when I couldn't find english books anywhere and ended up buying some french books and a french dictionary. I am a book addict.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bungy jumping in Zacopane, Hiking in the Altas, Running along a frozen over beach near Riga, gaping in awe at the breathtaking beauty of San Migano, the precise beauty of Helsinki Architecture, surviving bikes in Amsterdam, walking over iron faces in Berlin.

Teach, Learn, Share

If anyone wants to learn to draw I'm happy to teach them. I'm an architecture student as well but I don't have that much experience so questions may produce a blank look.

I'll teach anyone how to make an origami boat or crane, something I've found as an easy way to amuse children of all cultures.
