About Me

Hello! I am a recent graduate who moved to Naples, Italy and recently to Blaricum, Netherlands to work as an au pair . I am originally from Raleigh, NC, but recently lived in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. I just joined couchsurfing (05/02/2016), so I don't have many references yet, but hopefully I will soon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Im here because I am a very curious person, and I love to meet new people and explore different cultures. I've been an exchange student as well as hosted several, so I know how much of a difference it makes to have a friendly home in a new place. I've heard great things about couch surfing, so I thought I'd give it a try!

Interests

Some of my favorite things to do are find new music, explore a new place, learn about a new person, eat all kinds of food (especially spicy food), read stupid mystery novels, and cuddle animals (particularly dogs).

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music, but especially indie, alternative, and electronic rock, chill wave, EDM, soul, and blues.
I'm sorry but I love Harry Potter. It's my favorite book and I can't help it. Some of the best books I've read recently were Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood, Stardust by Neil Gaiman, and Beloved by Toni Morrison.
My favorite movies include Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Bridesmaids, The Babadook, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Coraline.
