ABOUT ME

I like to play outside, to listen to and play music, to observe and to learn. I like arts and crafts, attempting to cook, reading out loud, and laughing until I cry (it happens easily). I like to go on impromtu adventures, random detours and pretty much always just play it by ear. I take loads of photos of everything and everyone and I like to take notes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I have couch surfed (outside of this website) a whole lot and for various lengths of time. I once couch surfed for two months because I had no apartment, and it is not uncommon for me to couch surf when I am just too lazy to get up and leave whatever couch I have found myself on.

兴趣

Lots and lots of music, reading, cycling, photography, knitting, cooking, drinking tasty beer and coffee, doodling and canoodling, hula hooping, and climbing things. I like learning languages, trivia games, creating things, and just kicking back.

MOVIES: I am obsessed with all BBC productions featuring David Attenborough. I am usually behind on current movies but I am usually pretty easy to please when it comes to movies. It should be noted that I am not allowed to watch films that are "psychological thrillers" as I will not sleep for days.

MUSIC: lots, all, everything! I enjoy music of all kinds and very much love it when people share their music with me. I love to listen to others play their instruments and to play my own.

BOOKS: I have a tendency towards books with fantastical elements or magical realism. I am a big fan of Haruki Murakami, Kurt Vonnegut, and Gabriel Garcia Marquez, but am interested in all sorts of popular fiction. I will admit I have read very few of "the classics".
