ABOUT ME

I was born in Canada but grew up in London - apologies in advance, I am terrible at writing about myself, and will probably come across really silly, but here goes:

I love to travel and meet new people, and would love to hopefully travel at least MOST of the world someday if not all of it.

I currently live in Colchester for work but I'm saving up to move back to London. I am in London every weekend as I still miss my friends, which means I sometimes need an emergency couch.

As soon as I get my own place I would love to host people, but for now I can make up for it in random facts, jokes, funny faces and restaurant/cool places in London recommendations!!

I am very interested in culture, art, design, fashion, films and food! I love trying new food from around the world and make a big effort to source good, authetic, CHEAP restaurants in London and when I travel.

At the moment I work as a writer, which I enjoy but I am hoping to progress and learn more about the profession, continuously finding inspiration to write more interesting things.

As I mentioned, I love to meet new people - hopefully I can get to know some of the people in the community much better :)
