ABOUT ME

I moved to Austin about a year ago and LOVE the city. I think I spent the whole first month checking out restaurants, bars, and other cool spots - so, I can definitely show you around.

I work "from home" in a coworking space and have had the opportunity to meet some amazing entrepreneurs and those active in the Austin startup community. I also enjoy running around Town Lake, kayaking, and enjoying the beautiful Austin evenings outdoors.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a member of several Austin couch surfing groups, and would love to start hosting people or meeting for coffee. I spend quite a bit of time with friends checking out Austin's bars and restaurants - so would love to show you around if you're in the city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Right now, I'm fairly new to couch surfing, but have had a few great experiences already. We hosted a friend from Denmark and spent a couple days showing her around Austin - before she left, she cooked my friends and I a delicious Danish meal as a thank-you.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not a huge movie-goer, but love books. The best I've read as of late are The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Water for Elephants, and Emotional Intelligence.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran my first marathon last year - in under 5 hours - and crossing the finish line was one of the greatest feelings I've ever had.
