Hello Couch Surfing people! My name is Shelby Downs, I'm a 22 year old American student studying in Belgium. I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and moved to Spain when I was 18 to have my "study abroad" experience everyone dreams about. Consequently I fell in love with Europe and decided to continue my education in Belgium which is where I live now with my boyfriend who is Belgian.
