Hi!

My name is Shelby. I’m from Southern California, and right I work as a server while exploring my interests. I have an education in healthcare and enjoy traveling and the outdoors. I started using Couchsurfing while backpacking Europe last year, and now I’m continuing to explore in the US.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love most music, especially anything with a jazzy tune, Spanish flare, or cool guitar solo.
One of my favorite books was The Martain. I don't watch movies often, but I loved Interstellar and Forest Gump.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping off 44 ft cliffs at China Walls in Hawaii. My GoPro found a new home in the ocean, but (I pretend) it was worth it. Some of my other favorites are seeing the northern lights, skydiving, and hiking 'The Stairway to Heaven' in Hawaii.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share some of my humbling, touching and entertaining experiences working in an Emergency Room and through my years in nursing school. I love learning about how other people view life so I’d like to hear your stories as well!
