I'm Canadian, though I haven't lived in Canada in nearly 4 years now - instead, I've been living abroad in various countries by working there, as well as traveling when I get the chance. I'll begin au-pairing in Spain beginning in September, but will be landing in Spain mid-August.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven't actually used couch surfing yet, so I hope I get the chance to use it while in Spain! I'd love to meet some locals to help me with my Spanish, as well as show me their city from their perspective. In return, I am happy to provide help with English, childcare, cooking, or a bit of cleaning to thank you for your kindness!

Interests

I'm not into partying, but I do love a glass of wine or beer and some interesting conversation. I'm 'introverted', but still open and like meeting new people. I love yoga and wish I did it more. I love being outdoors and exploring nature, even just reading at a park or swimming at the beach.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: reggae, ska, folk, indie, alt

Movies: It's been awhile since I watched any, and it would depend on my mood.

Books: Just finished 'A House in the Sky', and am now halfway through 'House of Leaves'.

Shows: Currently obsessing over Bojack Horseman, Jane the Virgin, and West World.
