8. Meditating 5-10 minutes a day drastically every day decreases anxiety
9. Pursue whatever passion intrigues you
10. Your life is what you make it. So don't make excuses and do whatever makes you happy.

Something's about me, is that I am open minded. I just love to meet new people. I tend to make people laugh with my silly jokes. And then they call me a joker 🃏 🤣. I think 😂 laughter is the best medicine 💉. Which creates a lot of Positivity 🌱✌️.

Currently I am doing Social media marketing from my home office. So this gives me the time to Travel and Meet lovely people 🤩😍

One thing I like to do is dancing and going to music venues also some times Networking events ( which might sound a bit boring, but I like it ☺️) I use meetup and Eventbrite to find events near me this is where I talk and meet like minded creatives.

The thing I learned from meeting people 🤝 and traveling is there I no longer judge people💖 and respect them for what they are🥰. I think people who don't travel have a closed mentality 😅.

On my free time when in am stressed I try to do yoga 🧘 and meditation 🕉️ 🌱 which make me think and be positive through out the day. I feel using the app Headspace has also helped me a lot.

Story of my life is that I have finished my University in B-Tech 2 year back in Goa, India. I really love making new friends and going out with them Swimming 🏊‍♀️ and sometimes surfing 🏄 the beautiful Goan beaches.

Things changed and I moved to live with my mom and dad here in the English countryside in a place called as Trowbridge, Which is an old industrial town. It was really beautiful to move here the Green fields and Canals made me go crazy. So I stared to explore it by cycling 🚵 checking out the canal and all the beautiful places around here.

But then I stared to feel bored😩 as there is not much going on over here. So I moved to Maidenhead, Berkshire which is close to Queen castel : Winsor. Which was really beautiful.

From that my exploring child in me kicked in and I stared to explore England solo.which I enjoyed and meeting kind people.

I enjoyed meeting people knowing how they are living thier life's. Form there I traveled to the below places.

Lisbon, Portugal
Marseille, France
Venice, Italy
Mumbai, India
Goa, India
And the list will continue on.
