About Me
I have always disliked this question, I don't find myself interesting to talk about myself but others say I am for some reason. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Well here we go, here is some information about myself:
I am 24 year old Torontonian who recently left his full-time job in the corporate world to jump on my passion to travel to Europe, specifically to the southern regions of France. Essentially, I decided to drop everything and book a 1 way ticket to London with no real desire to return any time soon.
I have done a lot of traveling in North America this includes across Canada, and a few states in the United States. This will be the biggest trip I have ever done on my own, I am both nervous and excited! In the near future, I hope to reside in France and go to school to improve my french, at the moment my french is minimal so I hope my time in France will give me a bug to continue my interest to learn this beautiful language.
Before heading to France, I plan on visiting other European countries such as England, Ireland, Holland, Belgium, Italy and Germany. I hope throughout my journey, I meet wonderful people who will positively affect my experiences during my travel.
I am a lover of food and I very much enjoy cooking for myself and others. Although I consider myself to be a very independent individual, I enjoy being social and partying while interacting with others with various backgrounds and experiences. I like to be open minded and accept others for who they are.
I like to stay active with playing sports, going to the gym or simply just taking a long walk or bike ride in new area for me to discover.
At the moment, this seems like the most interesting stuff I have to say about myself.... I am sure more will come before I take off on my journey to Europe. Stay Tuned!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This is all very new to me, at first the concept seemed very bizarre but then I came to realize the openness of the travelling community. I see couchsurfing as a gateway to develop trust and grow relationships with like minded people. I see this as a beautiful thing, that I want to be apart of throughout my journey. I will be heading to Europe for the first time next month (I AM VERY EXCITED!) and I truly want to fully explore all the countries, cities, towns and villages ill be visiting. Coming from a touristy city (Toronto), I think the only way to immerse oneself in a new environment is by finding locals and allowing them to take you under their wings to show you the ways. I think couchsurfing truly enables that and allows travellers and hosts to be vulnerable in accepting one another and helping each out during their journey. Aiming to be very open minded, I know those I meet via couchsurfing will break my comfort zones and enhance my traveling experiences. THAT IS WHY I AM ON COUCHSURFING! ;)

Music, Movies, and Books
I am a lover of music and hope to attend as many music festivals across this beautiful planet in my life time... BUT I very much dislike country music- hopefully that wont create any problems for me in the future.
For those who know Netflix, "she" is the strongest and most supportive girlfriend I have ever had. At the moment, I am navigating through as many international and french films as I am trying to get a glimpse to what world traveling and other cultures, religions and languages are like before i hit the road to explore this planet.
I am not going to lie, I read cook books and take-out menus.
