I see myself as an extroverted introvert, who enjoy the time on my own and at the same time like spending time with companion in different occasions. I am pretty much open-minded and always curious to learn from different cultures and explore new places. I am still on my way to discover myself better. I treasure everyone that I meet along my journey because I believe the meeting happens for a reason. I like to listen to stories; and to inspire stories.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like to meet people and I value the connection of people very much. I realize everyone is someone with untold stories and it is up to one to discover them. One of the main reason why am I here is that I want to repay those who have helped me earlier, directly and indirectly. I was so blessed that there were just too many kind souls who have shown me kindness and offered their helps when I was travelling alone in the States and Europe. I know I might not be able to repay the same people, but I could always help those who are travelling at my place if I am capable of hosting or even my two cents! Friendship is my biggest takeaway from the past journey.

I do have plenty to name a few, like for now I like to hit the road and go on a road trip, try on different kind of food from place to place, watch a movie quietly and reflect, etc etc.
Oh, I picked up cooking when I was doing my internship at Taiwan, and found it satisfying to make dishes on my own, too!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I could hardly decide just one, but here it is,
China - Volunteering abroad to leave an impact to the society, and at the same time, learning and broadening my horizon.
Spain - Getting lost in the mountain while hiking when the day turned into complete darkness and me and my friends have yet to get to our shelter feeling very much exhausted.
Hungary - Being stranded at the border in Serbia for the whole night for not having a valid travel document needed to get pass Serbia to my destination without seeing it coming.

我可以与沙发主分享些什么

If I go on surfing or meeting new friends, I could buy some food to share or even better, cook something simple and we eat it together. I could also bring some souvenirs or small items from the place earlier before getting to the hosts. I am very much willing to help with the chores too! Not to mention sharing my stories and cultures whenever possible.
